The Buddha
Buddha was not a god, or a deity, or any other such supernatural being. He was a normal human being, born to normal human parents, albeit a King and Queen, and he was a human being until he passed away to enter the state of Nirvana.
All that he was, all that he did, he achieved through the power of his own mind. This was no easy task by any means but accomplish it he did, and became Buddha, the enlightened one. He did not become immortal, nor did he become a god; he remained a human being whose mind was so developed, so evolved that he was able to harness the power of his mind to perform feats that are even now unimaginable, and which can even be termed as miraculous.
More Detailed Information
More information will be added shortly....
To this day, the deepest Dhamma knowledge which he passed on, and the path to Nirvana which he showed, is freely available to anyone who desires it. It will be useful only if you have a strong desire to find the truth for yourself. Only if you wish to find a way to end the cycle of Suffering, the rebirth, will this Dhamma have any really useful meaning to you.
Others, who are not yet willing to follow this path, need not look closely at his Dhamma, for you are not yet ready to try and find the real truth about yourself. Instead you can, only if you wish to, use the guideline given in the Dhamma to bring about a better quality of life for yourself as well as a better life for those around you.
